Use this guide after receiving your product key and order email.
Make sure the software you install matches the license you purchased, such as Office Professional Plus, Office Standard, Windows Pro, Windows Home, or Microsoft 365.
Follow the download link or installation instructions included with your order. Remove conflicting trial versions if the installer asks you to.
Open the software and enter your product key when prompted. Some products may require signing in to a Microsoft account.
If activation fails, send support your order number, product name, and a screenshot of the activation message.
